Neopolitan Image Section

Currently the only thing in place is the `src`` for the image

The first item is a basename that is used to search for the image and create the full path which is passed to the template

`--link`` (to be added) which will roll out to an link that wraps the image

Alt text is added via an `-- alt`` tag that works like standard attributes

GOAL: The text in the content area can be used as a caption in a figure
