A very cool browser extension from the Electronic Frontier Foundation. It automatically sends opt - out signals. Event better it watches for ad servers that show up across multiple sites. If it sees the same server on three sites it blocks them.

You have to give the extention permission to watch your browsing which always makes me a little anxious. Based off the work I've seen the EFF do, I'm okay with that for now.
