Occlude And Pass Through Object When Making Selections In Blender

I'm not sure if it's from Machin3Tools or not, but when I do Tab I get a little "Occlude/Pass Through" panel in the pie menu that pops up. This lets me select vertices behind the current one in an Orthographic view
