Default Theme Sections

You can make a theme with whatever sections you want, but these are the recommened minimum. (Need to look at existing taxonomies for some guidelines for default attrs. The idea would be to define a minimum and then let folks customize on top of it. And, of course, none of this is required. The idea is just that if there's a baseline it would make swapping themes easier since you can get most stuff to switched out and only have to move your custom stuff.
