Unable To Get CTRL+Alt+F11 Working On Moonlander In tmux

There's probably a way around this, but I got tired of trying to figure it out.

I'd been using a keybinding for C M F11 (aka Control - Option - F11, or Control - Alt - F11 depending now what you call the key) to open my grimoire in neovim. It works great in iTerm2 directly but failed when I tried to use it in tmux.

I'm not sure if it's the Control key or the F11 key or some combination of the two, but I couldn't get it to work. I flipped to using M S g (aka Option - Shift - g) and that worked.
