Setup Neopolengine to work with updated Neopolitan format

Convert post/page ids to 8 characters

Finish defing premitted nonce words in filenames

Load in image archive from priovious instance

Fix image links from markdown and org mode

Switch youtube and vimeo iframes to neopolitan sections

Build redirect file from old URLs and redirects

All the stuff on the launch list of the Neopolengine page

Convert all docs to Neopolitan

Build Grimoire to site staging process (prepneo)

Setup to redict from /$PAGEID to the current page ID. (not sure if this is necessary since linking will be done autotically betwen pages)

Move subdomain pages back to main site

Set up a process to make it easy to update published pages that need to be scurbbed
