Neopolitan Sections: prelude

- The prelude section has the same behaviour as a "p" section
- The idea is that implementation allows the prelude to be placed anywhere on the page but it will always render at a specific location
- I built this because my posts come from my notes and I don't need to read intros every time I'm looking for how to do something
