New Handwriting Spot at the Beach
Preface
I took my iPad to the beach to write for the first time today. Then, I did a little work so I can use the writing on this site like this:

Not Bad for a Start
I'm very pleased. I've posted a few hand written things before (my manic scroll comes to mind). Those were from an app that only exported images. There's a few things that suck about that:
- They're a pain to deal with
- There's not a good way to show different versions for light mode and dark mode
- They end up being really big
I found a drawing app called "Concepts" that exports SVG images. It's not really designed for writing but it works.
I had to do a little work on my site builder to accommodate pulling the SVGs in. Wasn't too bad and now that it's done I won't have to do it again.
What's cool about the inline approach is that CSS styles work with them. That lets me do things like change the color of the text if you're in light mode.
Looking at it now, I need to write smaller and see if I can write neater. That'll take some practice. I'm fine with that. I really enjoy writing. Usually, that's on a keyboard. Adding another method into the mix is very exciting.

The Rest of the Story
Here's the rest of the test run I wrote while I was out there.
