Credit to the Comcast Xfinity AI Support Bot
My internet has been having issues:

That 900Mbps download is great. The 1.6Mbps upload is a problem. Especially because I do live coding streams. The normal number is around 350. My stream dies when it craps out and drops to 1.6 or whatever.
I did everything I could on my site to troubleshoot:
- Got a new modem
- Changed wires
- Used WiFi so wires were out of the mix
- Tried two different computers
Nothing helped. But, the prolbem on top of the problem is that the issue only happens intermittently. That kind of stuff can be very hard to troubleshoot. So, I was kinda dreading calling customer support.
I figured I'd give the AI chatbot a chance. I'm glad I did. Here's how it started:

One input from me, the system did a check and found a problem that requires a tech and started the process of scheduling the visit.
The only thing better would have been if they detected the problem without me having to contact them, but I'll take this without complaint.

I've scheduled for later this week. Hopefully they get it fixed without too much issue and I can get back to streaming without all the dropped frames and stall outs.
