Open a Page in a New Tab

Look like using window.open(url, "_black") is still the way to do it.

(The MDN page warns against using with Window.open() API because browser support varies, but it looks like the basic approach should work everything with the exception of Safari on iOS and WebView on iOS which are listed as having only partial support)
